On The Jack, host and certified Jack of All Trades, Richard Morris connects with other like-minded Jacks (and Jills) of all Trades, kindred spirits who dally in this, that and the other; people who Morris calls "the Swiss Army Knives of Humanity," always ready to tackle a new adventure with a toolkit of creative ambition and steadfast determination. In other words, unclassifiable, freewheeling wayfarers whose nonconformist nature attracts them to a life of strangely satisfying escapades that don’t always adhere to the norms of contemporary society—don’t always go as planned—and even break a few golden rules along the way (which turns out is half the fun!). Lively conversations with people you should know who just might surprise, enlighten and inspire your own inner Jack of all Trades.

EPISODE 1. TROY HUGHES: On the premier episode of The Jack, Richard is joined by Troy Hughes, bass guitarist and beloved YouTube sensation whose bass covers of some of the greatest hits in rock and roll history are often better than the original musicians who made the songs famous in the first place. Troy talks about his earliest musical recollections and growing up in a family of modest means, raised by a single mother who sacrificed to buy her son his first bass guitar. Influenced by such prominent and diverse bass guitarists such as Geddy Lee (Rush), Rick Anderson (The Tubes), Colin Moulding (XTC) and Dan Roberts (Crash Test Dummies), Hughes is meticulous in his reproductions and true to the hundreds of songs he covers on his YouTube channel which currently boasts over 500 videos, more than 45,000 loyal followers and nearing one million total views.

EPISODE 2. ANNY AHMED: In this episode of The Jack, Richard is joined by Kolkata-based Anny Ahmed, a multi-faceted, high-octane Indian woman whose talents as a singer and lyricist complement her dedication as an educator and social activist. Since 2016, she has been the lead singer for the ambient/post-rock band A Dot in the Sky, who are making inroads on India's ever-evoloving contemporary music scene.
